I’m Thomas Grüner, a German-trained osteopath and chiropractor and the founder of Gruner Osteopathy in Mombasa.
With a background as an athlete and many years of clinical experience in Germany, Europe and Kenya, I have a strong connection to sport, movement and performance. My experience includes working with athletes, including members of the German Olympic team and professional sports.
I look beyond where it hurts. Every assessment considers how the body moves and functions as a whole — from alignment and mobility to strength, coordination and performance.
